What we process and why

What we do NOT process
- We do not store your IP address when you submit the form.
- We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
- We load no third-party fonts, scripts or images. The only resource from another domain is our own analytics instance.
- Images you load into the demo are not transmitted: they are processed inside your own browser and never come into existence outside it.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request when you ask for a feasibility assessment.
Retention
Form data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the legally required periods. If the request does not progress, it is deleted one year after the last contact.
Recipients
No data is shared with third parties and no international transfers take place. Data is stored on a server under the controller’s own control.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted analytics instance on our own infrastructure that sets no cookies and collects no personal identifiers. We do not share browsing data with third parties.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to PENDING: email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Our product’s data, not this website’s
The identifi.cam product is designed so the image never leaves the device that captures it: the node processes the frame and discards it, and only a number or a state is transmitted. The specific processing of each installation is documented and handed to the client’s data protection officer as an annex.
